　　1. Specification of network cable

It is recommended to select twisted pair with more than class 5 wires (i.e. super class 5 wires and class 6 wires are applicable). In order to ensure the signal quality, try to select twisted pair with shielding

　　2. Length of network cable connecting camera

The length of the network cable shall not exceed 100m (according to the international Ethernet transmission standard). If it exceeds 100m, it is recommended to add a switch trunk in the middle or change the transmission mode of optical fiber

　　3. Network cable quality problems

Is the network cable broken in the middle? Is there any thread falling off and breaking at the connection of crystal head

In case of network failure, it is recommended to replace a network cable at the failure point and try again
